Public offer to make a voluntary charitable donation
This offer, addressed to an indefinite number of persons - individuals and legal entities - visitors to the website https://medtechnopark.com.ua/ (hereinafter - the Website), further referred to as "Philanthropist", is an official and public proposal of the NGO "Technopark "Medical Innovation Center", hereinafter referred to as NGO "Medical Innovation Center", represented by the founder Tetiana Repnytska, acting on the basis of the Charter, enter into a charitable voluntary donation agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement), the subject and essential conditions of which are listed below.

1. Terms and definitions
Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance of the Public Offer by making actions to make a money transfer using payment forms and instruments available on the Website, as well as by transferring funds to a current bank account of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center" through banking institutions. The moment of Acceptance is the date of crediting funds to the current account of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center".
Payment is a voluntary charitable donation. Voluntary charitable donation is a money transfer made by the Philanthropist to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center" in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations".

2. Subject of the contract
The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous transfer of funds by the Philanthropist in favor of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center" to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the NGO. Acceptance of the Agreement means that the Philanthropist agrees with all its provisions, is fully aware of the subject of the Agreement and the purpose of collecting donations. The Agreement is concluded by unconditional and full accession of the Philanthropist to this Agreement and acceptance of all essential terms of the Agreement.

The Philanthropist and the NGO "Medical Innovation Center", guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations", agree that the Agreement is considered concluded in writing without signing a written copy by the Parties from the moment the Philanthropist commits actions provided for in the Agreement, indicating the agreement to comply with the terms of the Agreement. The Agreement is posted on the website https://medtechnopark.com.ua/ in free access and in a way that provides acquaintance with the content of this Agreement to each person dealing with the NGO "Medical Innovation Center". The Philanthropist cannot offer his terms of the Agreement.

3. Rights and obligations of the Parties
NGO "Medical Innovation Center" has the right to:
- Receive voluntary charitable donations and use them to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center" in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations";
- Provide a report on the received voluntary charitable donation and its use at the request of the Philanthropist.
The philanthropist has the right to:
- Transfer the voluntary charitable donations to the current account of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center" in the manner specified in the Agreement;
- Request a report on the use of voluntary charitable donations.

4. Place of fundraising
Collection of voluntary charitable donations is carried out on the territory of any country of the world.

5. Term of fundraising
Collection of voluntary charitable donations continues until the liquidation of the NGO "Medical Innovation Center", unless another term is determined by the NGO "Medical Innovation Center".

6. The Philanthropist bears all costs related to the transfer of voluntary charitable donations.

7. Other conditions
The Philanthropist independently determines the amount of the voluntary charitable donation. The donation is voluntary and non-refundable. The Philanthropist is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the transfer of the donation. In order to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and proper implementation of the terms of the Agreement, the Philanthropist agrees to the processing of personal data. The provisions of Ukrainian legislation apply to the relations between the Philanthropist and the NGO "Medical Innovation Center".
